'2012 RATES'


Rates are dependant on number of occupants.

Maximum occupancy per cabin is 6 people, regardless of age.

Nightly (anytime of year)
1 to 2 Guests - $120. (plus $15./additional guest per night)
3 Guests - $135.
4 Guests - $150.
5 Guests - $165.
6 Guests - $180. (maximum capacity)

The above rental prices include everything noted within the 'Highlights' page - the only items you need to bring are your clothes and food.

Boat and Motor Package Deal:
This package includes a 14' aluminum boat with 20 h.p. motor, seating for 4 people (maximum), lifejackets, and nautical chart map included as well as one tank of gas.

With Boat Package Deal Add:
$90. Daily (full day only)
$175. Weekend
$550. Week

Local fishing guide available upon request for additional fee.

AMERICAN PLAN:
American Plans also available - please submit enquiry to the Owner/Operator on your dates of stay with details of your request.

LONG-TERM ACCOMMODATIONS:
Longer term stays are also welcomed.  Please discuss your anticipated length of stay with the Owner/Operator of Bayside Resort for a special rate.  This special rate would apply specific to your amount of guests and the length of your stay.  Long-term availability of the cabins is dependant on pre-made bookings.

RENTAL PAYMENT:
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required in order for the registration booking to be completed. This payment is 100% non-refundable - sorry, no exceptions.  The advance payment will be applied towards the cabin rental amount. The advance payment is not a damage deposit.  Cabin rental is only guaranteed at such time that the advance deposit has been received. Please note that the remaining 50% balance of rental fee is due upon guests arrival on site.

Rental payments are accepted in the form of either a : Interac E-mail Money Transfer, PayPal transfer, and/or a Certified Cheque or Money Order that is payable to: Bayside Resort.  American funds are subject to Canadian funds exchange rates at time of booking.  No personal cheques can be accepted as payment.

DAMAGES TO BAYSIDE PROPERTY:
There are no extra fees when staying at Bayside Resort - the only thing extra is when something is broken/damaged, etc. In the unfortunate event of damages occuring to the cabin unit or its surroundings, the renter who signed the rental agreement will be held fully responsible to cover the repair or replacement costs of what was damaged during the term of your stay. This coverage is required before your departure from the rental premises.

CHECK-IN / OUT TIMES:
Check-in time:  4:00 P.M.
Check-out time: 11:00 A.M. (no exceptions)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Please notify Owner/Operator if you or your guests plan to check in at a late night hour (ex. after 9:00 P.M.).
